Meet Our New Home Sales Counselor!
Martina Royal joined Gracemark Homes with more than 30 years of industry experience. As our lead new home sales counselor for Serenity at Meridiana, Martina works to guide customers seamlessly through the process of selecting and building their dream home. Martina is often seen in the community enjoying the boundless amenities including the parks, walking trails, café, fitness center, and social activities!
We took a few minutes to sit down with her to talk about her role in this new 55+ Active Adult Community.
How long have you been involved in new home sales?
“I started in the industry 30 years ago working in land development which transitioned into new home sales. My first community was in Pearland when it was still very rural. Later, I accepted a position in Iowa Colony and moved to the neighborhood in 2017. Working with the developers of Meridiana since 2015, it has been an amazing experience to see how their vision has come to fruition from raw land to the award-winning master-planned community you see today.”
What is your favorite part of new home sales?
“I genuinely love getting to know our clients, meeting their family and friends, and working hand in hand with them to help them build their perfect dream home.”
What excites you the most about Serenity at Meridiana?
“With so many people looking to upgrade their living situation, get closer to family and friends and spend less time worrying about home maintenance, being a part of bringing Serenity to Meridiana has been such a joy. Residents have access to all the amenities Meridiana has to offer and that is wonderful, but having your own exclusive amenities inside the private, gated community is even better. Just imagine relaxing by the pool, enjoying social activities designed by our on-site lifestyle director, and living a low-maintenance lifestyle. I am really excited about this community!”
